The Mobile App
To better support Dr. Pod, we created a corresponding app for the patient’s mobile phone, that would also be connected to the app on the screen inside the pod. We felt like this would engage the patient with their own personal healthcare, thus creating a better understanding of what really goes on in the check-in process at the doctor office.

The corresponding pod application uses similar features of the mobile app to help patients and users better engage and familiarize with the significant usages of Dr. Pod.

This journey map uses both the finalized mobile and pod app experiences to show the process of Dr. Pod, and how it can be utilized within a waiting room within a primary care doctor office.
